My stickfigure yummy is not for you tasty! Gawd!

Alright everyone. This journal is up because I have been asked about requests and the like for some time, especially since I have gotten back. So this journal explains everything so go to the section(s) that interests you after reading the following paragraph.

Since I have been hired as an artist (for various fields of work that I am not entitled to indulge upon) I have been payed for my work and time in a professional manner. What that means is that I don't work for free anymore. I get payed hourly and sometimes by commission as an extra bonus by my employers who value the time and effort that me and my fellow co-workers put in. I just want to make this perfectly clear to everyone.

About Requests:

I don't do requests at all anymore. The time I WOULD put into making a pic for someone who is giving me nothing in return is time that I COULD be putting into making a pic for someone that is paying me pennies to the dollar. So I am sorry that I can not do any requests and if you really want a pic from me or any other piece of work than you must commission my time and effort.

JOURNAL CONTINUED FURTHER BELOW IN CASE YOU NON-WIDESCREENS CAN'T SEE IT!

I wish someone would comission for a Krystal pic. ;-;
Commissions:

I am now open for commissions! Yes, that's right. I will do just about anything for that dollar and I will work hard for it through my artistic skills. There will be a schedule set up that will show of when the pic will be made and finshed all the way to who is next in line. First there are a few rules.

1. I work for the highest bidder. This means that I will do the highest paying commissions first. There are a few categories however such as FULL color work will be seperated from sketches so that both types will get done within a deadline.

2. I expect to be payed up front. Basically, I will not start working on something that I am not sure that I am being payed for. So payments are up front before I even begin to think about. However, there is good news in the following rule.

3. There is a grace period. This means that you may request a spot in the commision list but do not have to pay until the a specific time. During this time you may alter the type of commission you want or change your mind and withdraw from the list. Once the grace period is over you must pay or be dropped from the list.

4. If you withdraw from the list and wish to be put on it again you will be placed at the bottom of the list. This makes sure that spots on the list move up and makes sure everyone's commission is treated fairly and in order.

All commissions will be done within a set time after the grace period. Once you have payed for your commission the work will be done as soon as possible. This is gauranteed as I will create and finish the pic as soon as I can after being payed. Time limits vary depending on type of work as some pics take longer to complete.

So, now that you know the rules all you have to do is send me a note or e-mail of what type of commission you want. Prices are listed below:

Minimum Price:

Inked Sketches - $10 USD per character not super but still cool

Full Inked and shaded- $15 USD and $10 per extra character

Full Color - $20 USD  and  Complicated Backgrounds - plus $10

Extra:

Extra Characters - plus $10 USD each (Max differs)

Complicated Objects - $5

Common/Small Characters - plus $5 USD (small=not as much detail)

Excessive Detail - plus $1 USD and up per extra common object (includes unnatural objects and groups of objects)

Getting the most out of your commissions:
What this shows is that I am charging $10 for each character drawn, an extra $5 for inking the whole pic plus shading, and an extra $5 for coloring the whole pic after it is inked. Backgrounds is another $10 if you want it.

So if you want to make the most of your buck and want multiple characters colored, make the commission with mutliple characters on it so you only have to pay for coloring once. However, there is a limit to how many can actually fit on a single pic. Specifics such as a distant character in the background or a common animal is only $5 each since they don't require as much detail or are easier to draw.

Excessive detail depends on how much coloring, layers and other accessories are in the pic ($1+). Furniture/items that characters may be using are excluded as they are a part of the character ($0). Other types of excessive detail is if the background is involved with the characters such as cutting trees ($5+) although carrying a tree counts toward the character itself so there is no extra cost.

So that's the jist of it. Getting to know all this is kinda hard but all you have to do is send me a note or e-mail of what you want and I'll give you an estimate of how much it will cost and why. This is here so you can make sure the price is fair.
